RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Fynix. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS

We offer a easy 3-day return policy for most items purchased from our website. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Products bought on a SALE or bought using a coupon code are not eligible for free return i.e. shipping fees will be deducted from the return amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The Tag should not be destroyed.

To apply for refund send us an email at support@fynixindia.com with information mentioned below

  • Order Id
  • Your bank details or UPI Id/Number (for refund)
  • Reason for return

We secure every right to ban any account with frequent cancellations or returns of order.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your given method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 working days of your refund approval, please contact us at support@fynixindia.com

EXCHANGE

If you want to make an exchange please apply to return the product and once your return has been accepted, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
